We work with our clients to provide a flexible HR consultancy including:
Regular Outsourced HR Support
Our clients have very different requirements, and some prefer a regular HR presence supporting their business. We offer a broad spectrum, from regular support of 1-2 dedicated days per month, to just availability on the phone or email 24/7 for HR advice . We also offer a suite of standard HR Policies which can be part of the package. We will be as flexible as you would like and tailor the package to your business.
One-off HR Projects
Many of our clients don’t want a regular outsourced HR arrangement and choose to call on us for specific projects. Examples include designing and rolling out a performance management system, line manager skills training, supporting the process of selecting an HR Management System, or running a business restructure programme including making several staff redundant.
Business Start-Up HR Kit
For a one-off, no strings attached payment, we can offer your business a full suite of HR policies and procedures, which can be tailored to your specific HR needs. This includes an hour of our time to discuss with you how to implement our policies appropriately in your business setting.
