We work with your business to find the HR support that’s right for you. Many companies choose us because we offer flexible solutions tailored to a wide range of requirements. We provide a consistent source of HR support, working alongside your team to ensure everything is covered.
This looks different for every client; from giving your business 1-2 days dedicated per month, to simply providing availability on the phone or email 24/7 availability for HR advice. We can also provide you with a suite of standard HR Policies which can be part of your package. We want to work with you to understand your needs, so every HR package we offer is tailored to the specific needs of each business.
Specific HR Projects
For clients who don’t want a regular outsourced HR arrangement, many businesses choose to call on to work on specific projects. Most clients choose to return to us as their preferred provider of HR support for projects that require HR advice.
This has included designing and rolling out a performance management system, providing line manager skills training, supporting the process of selecting an HR Management System, or managing a business restructure programme, including making several staff redundant. Whatever you want to achieve, we can provide you with HR support throughout your project from start to finish.
Business Start-Up HR Kit
Our Start-up HR Kit gives you everything you need to get your HR foundations in place. For a one-off fee, we’ll provide a full suite of essential HR policies and procedures, tailored to suit your business. This includes an hour of our time to discuss with you how to implement our policies appropriately in your business setting.
