Faye Briffa - Managing Director 

Background 
After a 20 year career in HR working primarily in the Pharmaceutical Industry Faye set up Ashfield HR in 2019. 
 
Faye is CIPD qualified having achieved a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2002. Since then, she has held a variety of roles, including Recruitment, Employment, Business Change and latterly HR Business Partnering with the most senior teams of a global Pharmaceutical company. Faye's experience pefectly balances the need for good HR with the needs of the business. 

  Lucy Smith - Training, Learning & Development Lead 

Background: 
Lucy has over two decades of experience working with teams across various sectors. From leading teams in the voluntary sector to managing business teams, she has encountered and overcome a wide range of challenges. As an entrepreneur who successfully ran her own business for 13 years, Lucy brings a unique, creative perspective to her work. Her previous role as Head of People and Growth honed her passion for building effective teams and fostering collaboration. 
 
Specialities: 
Lucy specialises in team building and Learning and Development. She coaches senior leaders to identify and address their development areas while maximising their strengths. She also delivers training to teams on essential skills like communication and line management. Lucy is driven by her passion for helping individuals grow their skills, advance their careers, and, in turn, contribute to organisational success.

Background: 
Karen has over 30 years HR experience gained in pharmaceutical, manufacturing and retail industries. Specialising in employee relations and industrial relations., she has worked in global and UK based businesses and is adept at working across organisational boundaries.
