After a 20 year career in HR working primarily in the Pharmaceutical Industry Faye Briffa set up Ashfield HR in 2019.
Designed to support small and medium sized companies, who have no in-house HR capability, to get the best from their people. Ashfield HR provide value adding, business focused personalised HR solutions to fit the client’s needs.
Faye is CIPD qualified having achieved a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2002. Since then, she has held a variety of roles, including Recruitment, Employment, Business Change and latterly HR Business Partnering with the most senior teams of a global Pharmaceutical company. Faye's experience pefectly balances the need for good HR with the needs of the business.
