Faye Briffa - Managing Director
Background:
After a 20 year career in HR working primarily in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Faye founded Ashfield HR in 2019.
Faye is CIPD-qualified having achieved a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2002. Since then, she has held a variety of roles, including Recruitment, Employment, Business Change and latterly HR Business Partnering with the most senior teams of a global Pharmaceutical company. Faye's experience perfectly balances the need for good HR with the needs of the business.

Lucy has over two decades of experience working with teams across various sectors. As an entrepreneur who successfully ran her own business for 13 years, Lucy brings a unique, creative perspective to her work. Her previous role as Head of People and Growth honed her passion for building effective teams and fostering collaboration.

Sue has over 20 years of HR Generalist experience, ranging from SMEs to global commercial real estate firms, as well as the charity sector.
