The purpose of an HR Audit is to establish how your organisation is doing from a legal compliance perspective, a best practice perspective, and looking at how your HR practices fit with your organisational goals and culture. The outcome of an HR Audit will be a report with key findings, and a prioritised people plan with recommended actions.
We turned to Ashfield HR and Faye when we needed some additional HR support as Sneak continued to grow at a rapid pace. Faye carried out a very comprehensive audit of our existing policies and procedures and identified areas for improvement - and what we were already doing well! As a result, we have now decided to work with Faye to continue the evolution of our HR function along with support for some management training.
